High schools take notice of high scores and extremely poor scores. If you “Christmas-tree” your answers, your school might use your scores to deny admission to advance placement or AICE courses. By not giving your best effort on the PSAT, you deny your chance to earn more than 8000 merit scholarships from a po elite universities. I know it’s tempting, but just don’t do it!
Why is this important to me?
The highest scores and percentiles earn students National Merit recognition and scholarships based on merit. The section scores will be helpful in preparing for the SAT or ACT tests.
